We know onboarding is tedious, but guess what?

You only need to worry about it ONCE (unlike jumping from one cheap Upwork gig to another).

After that, you’ll just review the new content we plan and create for you every month. Child’s play!

To give you a better idea of what’s required, our onboarding process is divided into two parts:

Part 1: Pre-onboarding

In the first two weeks before we officially start, you’ll be front and centre, providing us with all the information we need to put you miles ahead of your competitors. This will take about three hours of your time, spread out over 14 days. That’s not bad, is it?

Part 2: Official onboarding

Now, the good news, once part 1 is done, we only need 1 more hour of your time to get you all set for your first round of posts. This will happen within the first week of our official collaboration.

All in all, it will take 1 month to get all the onboarding tasks out of the way and your first round of posts ready to go.

Here’s the best part! You’ll KEEP receiving new content every month without spending more than an hour a month on your posts!


We’re confident you’ll love them because they’ll be based on aaall the information we got from you, your brand guide, and a deep dive into your audience. AND they’ll be backed by a bespoke strategy.

Don’t worry, you’ll get 2 rounds of revisions, and we won’t post anything that you haven’t approved.

During the initial onboarding, you’ll need to fill out some forms, sign some documents and send some emails. That shouldn’t take you more than 3 hours spread out over 14 days.

Once our official starting date kicks off, we’ll have a 1-hour meeting to get us all set up and answer your questions. You’ll need to make yourself available on WhatsApp during the first 2 weeks just in case we have any questions about your business.

After all that, you’ll go from spending 16+ hours a week on content and engagement that doesn’t bring results to only 1 hour at the start of every month to approve your content and get actual results and enquiries.


You’re welcome to send us content ideas, requests, graphics, videos and anything else that you think we’ll find useful.

During our collaboration, we’ll have a running brain dump area on Google Drive where you can dump anything that comes to mind that you think we'll find useful.

Any upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations of your plan require a 30-day notice. Refunds are not available for partial months on both plans. However, if you’re on the yearly plan, your unused months will be refunded.

Yes, please! We can create graphics, memes and faceless videos, but we can't recreate you.

The more content you send us of you, the better. This can include ‘in the day of photos’ and videos, educational videos you've made, photos with you and your clients (please do ask permission first), etc.


If you want to stand out, then yes, you do need videos. Don't worry, though. We've got you covered.

We'll tell you exactly what to say to make your videos yourself, or if you prefer, we can arrange a Zoom meeting. We'll ask you some questions, and all you need to do is chat with us.

We can snip the resulting recording into many excellent pieces of content and social media videos.
